Accessories
All pets will receive an accessory to wear after each bath of different colors according their gender when available.
Cancellation And Deposit Policy
Once an appointment is booked, customer has 24 hrs prior to the appointment to cancel without having a late cancelation fee added for next visit. If appointment is canceled within the 24 hrs, a fee will be charged as a no show.
If an appointment exceeds $99, or our agents think its necessary to charge a deposit for an appointment, deposits will be completely refunded if the appointment is canceled with 24hrs of anticipation, but if an appointment is canceled with less than 24hrs of anticipation customer would lose the deposit.

Lilo’s Mobile Pet Spa Serving the City of Miami and surrounding areas will not be responsible for any physical or health conditions that may have existed before performing our services. it will be sole responsibility of the pet owner to make any complaints regarding any situation at the moment the pet is delivered back. If no complaints are made we will assume the client has a satisfactory experience and Lilo’s Mobile Pet Spa, Inc. may not be held liable for any future complaint. By scheduling an appointment customer agrees to our policy.
Surcharge
Surcharges may apply to:
-Appointments that are outside our serving areas
-High rise buildings where customers takes more than 15 minutes to drop off or pick up pet.
-Pet turns out to have a behavioral issue and additional time is needed. If groomer is unable to provide service due to behavioral issue customer is still responsible for 100% of the appointment.
-fleas or ticks are found at the time of the appointment.
-de shedding is extremely needed to provide an optimal service.
Required charges will be added and notified to the customer at the moment decision is taken.
